The Tinker Cycling Club is not affiliated with Tinker Air Force Base. Association with Tinker Air Force Base is only coincidental because most of the charter members work or live on Tinker Air Force Base. Club membership is not limited to employees of Tinker Air Force Base nor is access to Tinker Air Force Base a requirement.

Release and Waiver of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the activities of the Tinker Cycling Club I acknowledge that I understand bicycling is a strenuous and inherently dangerous activity. I fully realize the dangers of participating in such activities and I fully realize the dangers of participating in bicycling activities and the possibility of serious physical and/or mental trauma or injury or death and FULLY ASSUME THE RISK, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, ASSOCIATED WITH SUCH PARTICIPATION including but not limited to the dangers of collisions with pedestrians, vehicles, fix or moving objects, road hazards, weather, equipment failure, inadequate safety equipment, and my own and other parties' negligence. I also FULLY ASSUME THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES, COSTS, AND DAMAGES I incur as a result of my participation in Tinker Cycling Club activities.

For myself, my family, heirs, legal representative, assignees, and successors in interest I HEREBY WAVE, RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND PROMISE TO INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE the Tinker Cycling Club, their respective administrators, directors, agents, officers, members, volunteers, and employees, other participants, any sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises on which the Activity takes place, (each considered one of the "Releasees" herein) from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages on my account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the " Releasees" or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations; and I FURTHER AGREE that if, despite this release and waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement I, or anyone on my behalf, makes a claim against any of the "Releasees", I HEREBY WAVE, RELEASE ANDPROMISE TO INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS EACH OF THE RELEASEES from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage, or cost which any may incur as the result of such claim.

I have read this agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it and have signed it freely and without any inducements or assurance of any nature and intend it to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law and agree that if a portion of this agreement is held to be invalid the balance, notwithstanding, shall continue in full force and effect.

If under the age of 18 a parent or guardians signature is required.
